When I was at the movies yesterday, I got a free movie ticket to use this week. Since I'm going to be away next weekend on my church's women's retreat, I went back today.
I to see The Croods. It was a very cute and funny movie. (And having a bunch of kids in the audience was a blast too.) I definitely recommend it. -

I forgot to mention that I saw Rise of the Guardians on Friday. It was a better movie than I was expecting and really enjoyed it. And even if I couldn't see them, it was still nice to hear Chris Pine and Hugh Jackman's voices for an hour and a half. :-D ( Read more... ) -

I saw Wreck-It Ralph today and I really enjoyed it. And it made me nostalgic for my childhood too, even though I've never been much of a gamer (though I did like playing a couple of Mario Brothers games, Tetris, Donkey Kong Country, and pinball games). And Jane Lynch and Jack McBrayer's characters were pretty awesome too ( Read more... ) -

I did my last show for Isn't It Romantic? this afternoon. I'm kind of glad it's done. It was fun, but added a surprising amount of crazy to my schedule this past week and a half.

eternalmusings and I watched Conan this morning. It wasn't really good or bad - it was just kind of flat. It was like they couldn't decide what they wanted to do with it. Though, looking at Jason Momoa wasn't bad.

On the other hand, I watched The Snowman tonight. It was every bit as magical as I remember from when I was little.
